On the 4th day you can have bananas and milk. 8 glasses of milk and four bananas are allowed. On the 5th day you can have brown rice along with tomatoes. I usually make tomato rice and eat. Curd and cucumber is also allowed on this day. Please make sure to drink 8 glasses of water on every day of this diet plan. On the 6th day you can have one cup of brown or white rice along with vegetables. Please avoid potatoes on this day you are not supposed to eat potatoes. On the 7th day you can have brown rice along with fruits and vegetables. You can also eat white price it is completely your choice. I usually make vegetable rice and eat. You can make vegetable pulao and eat but make sure that it is not so spicy. Remember that you are supposed to eat only 1 cup of rice. You can consume how much ever fruits and vegetables you want its up to you.
